Manual D-Sub Switch Boxes
These manual switch boxes feature a heavy duty rotary switch in a fully enclosed
metal case. All connectors
are fully wired. They have large, easy to turn knobs and rubber feet to protect
desk or table tops. They are
clearly marked for cable installation and switch selection.AB Type – These
switches have one common port
that is switched between one of two other ports (A or B). The DB25 is excellent
for sharing one parallel or
serial printer with two PC’s or two printers with one PC. Sharing one
printer with two PC’s requires one printer
cable and two all wired male/male DB25 cables. Sharing two printers with one
PC requires two printer cables
and one all wired male/male DB25 cable.ABCD Type – These switches have
one common port that is switch
between one of four other ports (ABCD).
